All repairs, upgrade and improvement of existing equipments, even the ones manufactured by third party, is a very important activity on the structure of services rendered by TONGS.

All of our technology used to manufacture new equipments is applied to repairing used ones, what generally results in substantial improvement of these equipments.

The equipments received in our plant for repairs are taken apart piece by piece, cleaned and inspected in detail. Afterwards, several tests are performed in the parts, such as ultra-sound, penetrant liquid, dimensional measurements, backlash inspection, etc..

A detailed report, containing all the steps on the repair is made, what generates an estimate cost, which is sent to the client, who will analise. After the approval by the client the repair is made. The client gets the equipment repaired with a guarantee that it will perform as a new one, and, what is most important, the dimensional pattern of the original project is kept, what assures the immediate supply of parts throughout the equipment’s useful life.
